You must be at least 18 years old to use Crownhigh. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Crownhigh provides:

• Personalized voicemail routing
• Triggered message delivery
• Conditional caller activation
• Voicemail recording
• Video messaging
• Cloud-based communication tools

Crownhigh is not a cellular carrier. Carrier services remain subject to third-party provider availability.

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining login security
• Safeguarding passwords
• All activity on their accounts
• Ensuring forwarding setup accuracy
• Lawful usage of recordings

Users may not:

• Harass others
• Impersonate others
• Violate recording laws
• Distribute illegal content
• Send threats
• Distribute malware
• Abuse telecom systems
• Bypass platform protections
• Scrape platform data

Crownhigh reserves the right to suspend accounts violating these rules.

Users understand that voicemail and video recordings may contain personal conversations, emotional content, and confidential information. Users are solely responsible for obtaining lawful consent where required.

Setup Fee — A one-time setup fee may apply.

Subscription Billing — Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Users authorize recurring billing.

Except where required by law: setup fees are non-refundable, and subscription fees may be non-refundable after billing periods begin.

Crownhigh does not guarantee uninterrupted service, carrier compatibility, flawless voicemail delivery, message availability, or error-free operation. Telecommunications systems may fail or experience delays.

Users retain ownership of uploaded content. However, users grant Crownhigh a limited license to store, process, transmit, and display content to intended recipients solely for operating the service.

All Crownhigh branding, software, architecture, visual design, trademarks, and proprietary systems remain the property of Crownhigh Personal Voicemail LLC. Users may not reverse engineer, copy source code, clone the platform, reproduce branding, or exploit proprietary systems without written permission.

Crownhigh is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crownhigh shall not be liable for emotional distress, missed communications, lost data, indirect damages, consequential damages, telecom failures, message delivery delays, or unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, abuse, fraud, illegal activity, or payment failures.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration unless prohibited by law.
